Access’ infrastructure activities are growing rapidly with a dual focus on direct equity investments in European infrastructure assets and fund investments. Access’ investment strategy covers a wide scope within the infrastructure asset class including Energy, Utilities, Telecommunication, Transportation and Social Infrastructure assets. We currently operate with an infrastructure investment team of 8 professionals based in London and Paris. The team has built a strong track record in infrastructure investing with current assets under management of EUR1.7 billion. We are recruiting a Principal to join our investment team.

The role: As a Principal within the infrastructure investment team, the candidate will be involved in all aspects of investment and asset management for both direct investments and fund investments.

Primary responsibilities of this position will include:

• Evaluation of investment opportunities incl. financial modelling and valuation
• Execution of transactions incl. coordinating with external advisers and structuring
• Asset Management and monitoring of portfolio performance

In addition, the candidate will also be involved with:

• Origination of investment opportunities
• Preparation and presentation of investment recommendations to the Investment Committee

The profile: An ideal candidate will have at least 6-8 years of relevant experience (including minimum of 4-5 years in infrastructure), a good track record of executing deals, an entrepreneurial spirit and an enthusiasm for developing new initiatives

The role will ideally be located in London however it is possible for the candidate to be based in Paris. In addition to English, an additional European language would be a plus. Excellent oral and written communication skills are essential.
