Leading Pan-European Private Equity & Infrastructure Asset Manager with €14 billion of Assets Under Management.

We are seeking an Investor Relations Analyst to strengthen our Paris-based Investor Relations Team and support our expanding buy-out activities.


The role:

Key responsibilities of the position will include assisting the team with the following tasks:

Fundraising support:

• Producing marketing materials for prospective investors (teasers, pitches, Private Placement Memoranda)
  • Assisting prospective investors in their due diligence (due diligence questionnaires, data room access, ad-hoc requests)
  • Responding to Requests for Proposals
  • Producing various market statistics and benchmarking analyses
  • Maintaining fundraising tracking files
• Producing and updating various investor presentations (including investment activity, performance data, portfolio analysis, investment pipeline, case studies)
• Coordinating with the different investment and support teams to address investor queries

The profile:

The ideal candidate would need to have the following skills and qualifications:

• Strong team spirit and integrity
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills both in English and French
• Strong analytical skills with keen attention to detail
• Adaptability and ability to multi-task with strong organisational and project-management skills
• Demonstrated knowledge and enthusiasm for investments in private assets
• Proficiency in Excel and Powerpoint
• 1 to 3 years of experience in private equity, infrastructure, consulting or transaction services
